Refund policy

Returns
We want you to love your Flyte Beauty purchase. If you're not satisfied, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Your item must be unused and in its original packaging

  • All components, accessories, and free gifts must be included

To request a return, log into your Flyte Beauty account and view your order history. Eligible items will show a “Request return” option. If you checked out as a guest, please contact us at orders@flytebeauty.com.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as Flyte Beauty is not responsible for lost or damaged return packages.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you'd like a different item, please return your original order and place a new one.

Final Sale Items
Items marked as final sale, limited edition, or promotional gifts are not eligible for return or refund.
Please note: For hygiene reasons, opened or used haircare products, combs, or brushes are not eligible for return or refund, even if they are not marked as final sale.

Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please email us within 3 days of delivery at orders@flytebeauty.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.

Unauthorized Returns
Items returned without approval or outside of the return window may not be eligible for a refund.
