Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the following business day.

 

Shipping Regions

 We ship worldwide. Orders can be placed from most countries unless restricted by law or carrier limitations.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected delivery method.

United States:

  • Economy (5–8 business days): $4.95
  • Standard (3–4 business days): $9.90
  • Express (1–2 business days): $12.95
  • Free Standard Shipping (3–4 business days) on orders $99.00 and up

Canada:

  • Carrier-calculated UPS rates
  • Handling fee of $2 applied to all Canadian orders

Rest of World:

  • DHL Express international rates calculated at checkout
  • Handling fee of $2 applied to all international orders
  • Orders may be subject to import taxes or duties (see below)

International Orders

 International orders may be subject to import taxes, value-added tax (VAT) and customs duties imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in your order total at checkout.

Customers are responsible for paying any additional charges for customs clearance. If the recipient refuses to pay these fees and the package is returned or abandoned, Flyte Beauty reserves the right to deny a refund.

Please ensure you enter a valid phone number and email address at checkout to receive delivery and customs notifications from the carrier.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

 If your package has not arrived within 7 business days of the estimated delivery window, please contact us at orders@flytebeauty.com. We’ll investigate with the carrier and do our best to assist.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Flyte Beauty is not responsible for packages delivered to the wrong address due to customer error. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we may offer to reship it at the buyer’s expense.

Shipping Limitations

We do not currently ship to PO boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or embargoed countries.
